About Papa Javi
Papa Javi is a vibrant food truck specializing in "walking sandwiches" that combine bold flavors with fresh ingredients. The menu features a variety of international-inspired sandwiches, such as the Cubano-style Habana Street, along with unique sides like garlic fries. With options ranging from spicy chicken to vegetarian Portabella mushrooms, Papa Javi offers a satisfying and portable meal for all tastes.
Story
My story started two years ago when I decided to become the owner of Papa Javi. With a passion for cooking for the Utah community for over 20 years, I decided to open my own food truck. My background comes from Argentina, where I brought The Patagonia and The Milanesa (breaded steak) — two of the most popular sandwiches. I’m always looking to improve and create the best sandwiches possible.
